Shipping policy

Please note that once we ship your package, we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries; any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claiming & locating packages. 

Once we receive your order, please allow 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS for shipping.  All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Since some items are made to order, we have to ensure all payments are successful and not fraudulent prior to fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled.

We ship orders through third-party carriers such as USPS. To ensure your package arrives at the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier, we have no control over the package.
